Playgrounds
A fortnightly inspection report is completed by trained Parish Councillors on all of the play areas in Barrow upon Soar. The playgrounds are also inspected daily by our handyman.
Each year a full inspection is carried out by an independent company. Any problems highlighted in the report are dealt with accordingly
KING GEORGE V PLAYGROUND
The new play equipment is in an enclosed play area within the playing field, the main entrance to which is located off Wycliffe Avenue, off Beaumont Road, off North Street roundabout.

The playing field also contains equipment for teenagers : A Titan Swing, a MUGA, 2 football ptiches, a BMX track, a youth shelter and high seating
Mill Lane Playground
Located off South Street, Mill Lane playground is for use by under 12s.
