TTRO Melton Road and Warner Street

A temporary road closure is required on Melton Road from 25th November 2024 for 3 days.

The road will be closed from its junction with South Street for 10 metres.

The one-way system on Melton Road, between Warner Street and Shooting Close Lane, will be suspended to allow access to Shooting Close Lane.

During the works temporary traffic signals will be utilised on South Street. Where and when required, temporary prohibition of waiting and loading at any time restrictions will be enforced on Warner Street.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council undertake Gully investigation works and associated patching.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: South Street, High Street, North Street, Nottingham Road, Fishpool Way and Melton Road.
