My name is Louise Kingham, and I've lived in Barrow upon Soar for 13 years, having previously grown up in Loughborough. I joined the Parish Council over 5 years ago as I was keen to offer my time, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm; not only to serve my community, but to continue to drive for improvement in our local services, amenities and facilities for all age groups in our ever-growing village. I presently serve on the Community, Cemetery, Open Spaces, Planning and Policy and Finance committees.
